I cna tell from this picture, that you are really missing the damp, grey frost rimed lawn of Bowling Green SQuare ….

Now the wind is screaming down GL Road, howling like a vixen on heat …
But I guess you are looking forward to a bit of wind, at least, to blow you on your latest leg…
Bought four needles today from Loros in Toadby, as I started knitting socks with a circular needle
or ‘twin pin’ as they say in the US of A … wanted bamboo ones, so the wool doesn’t slip off,
but alas, that purveyor of the ‘never knowingly undersold’ let me down ….
You need to learn a sea shanty about “The Handsome Cabin Boy” – do you know it?
I could send you the words si tu veut?
